Pay-as-you-go: typically yes. Premium/Membership: no - we can coordinate via guardhouse and supervise on-site.


We send a single invoice after service completion. Payment via bank transfer or QR code.



Pay As You Go charges RM25 per service request plus a 5% markup on supplier costs - perfect for occasional needs. Premium Membership has a monthly fee (RM49 for families, RM99 per property for landlords) with minimum or no markup on suppliers, on-site supervision, priority scheduling, and other benefits. Most regular users save money and get better service with Premium. 


You pay us via a single invoice after service completion. We handle all supplier payments and coordination - you never deal with multiple vendors or worry about payment collection. 


A 3-month minimum is required to ensure we can deliver full value
